Apple has started distributing to developers, build 10F564, a sixth beta of Mac OS X 10.6.4. Previous package, build 10F58 was 20MB smaller than this fresh release with 600MB.

The center of testing leftovers almost unaffected, as developers are being inquired to be once new seem at SMB, VoiceOver, USB, VPN connectivity and graphics drivers .

So, may be of that reason this update is quickly accessing the public launch though it is improbable to ship by the start of the Worldwide Developers Conference on June 7th. It might appear soon after that, especially if Apple makes a decision to revive the MacBook Air and/or Mac Pro.
