Samsung has undisclosed its fastest form of mobile flash memory. Its latest 8-gigabit (8GB) OneNAND chip is supported on a 30 nanometer gathering process.

It is available with a reduction of intense but quicker single-level cell technology to supply speeds much more than what standard NAND flash memory can attain at this size. It understands writing up to 70MB per second, or more than four times faster than the 17MB per second.
The additional speed is potentially practical for Smartphone, where the speed can assist with more challenging apps or twist the OneNAND into a buffer for more difficult everyday jobs.
Samsung is by now distributing test trials of the new memory and should be in full manufacturing by the last part of the month. It has not given name clientele but generally provide itself as well as chief electronics manufacturers like Apple.
