It has a plenty of new and exciting features, the most special of all having support to sync the ipad. A book section is also maintained in place of audio book section in the iTunes stores. The improved features are

* Audio books section will contain the all types of book contents like audio book, eBook etc. showing compatibility with devices like Ipod, ipad and iphones.
* Synchronization with ipad able you to enjoy the music, movies, TV shows and many more.
* The latest iTunes has some improvements for maintaining the Genius Mixes.Usercan now arrange , rename, or delete the mixes just by clicking and dragging and DJ Shuffle feature is also available in this iTunes.
* To save the memory space like a shuffle it also supports the automatically updating the songs to 128-bit-AAC.
* IT also has a pinch outline plan which includes the buttons for “check the updates” and “restore”.

There are some security updates in the iTunes released for MAC OS X v10.4.11 or WINDOWS 7, VISTA, XP, SP2, linked to ImageIO and color sync.
